CARMA is changing the Luncheon Reservation Procedure !

The attached form lists the meal options for the luncheon.

After making your selection, send an email to the
Luncheon Administrator using the link attached below.

Payment will be at the luncheon by cash or check.

Without a reservation, these meal options will not be
available, and a substitute meal will be the only choice.

You must CLICK on the Sample Menu to see the actual meal choices!

Then you can print the form, fill it out, and send it in!
